The pay for this position ranges from $117000 - $135000.

 

 

Job Description

The Senior Program Manager, Business Transformation develops and manages continuous improvement initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, the SPM, Business Transformation leads continuous improvement project management support to team members and leadership.

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for using A3 problem-solving to lead, create and update project plans. This will include scoping of the initiative, identifying stakeholders and gaining buy-in, seeking leadership support and guidance, and identifying appropriate KPIs.
  • Responsible for using Lean continuous improvement expertise to identify the correct design for initiatives; collects data and performs analysis, including process and outcome and performance measures. 
  • Documents and presents findings to team members and leadership across the organization.
  • Trains select team members on A3 and other Lean tools; develops and presents Lean training materials.

 

Minimum Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelors' degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or other field if there is demonstrated expertise in Lean and change management .
  • 5-7 years experience leading lean and change management initiatives.
  • Deep knowledge of Lean processes, tools and methodologies are a must.
  • Experience leading other Lean initiatives and tools such as kaizens and daily management practices is a plus.
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational and time management skills; must be able to effectively and efficiently manage multiple projects and priorities and simultaneously produce work that shows attention to detail.
