The pay for this position ranges from $75,000 - $80,000.

FuelCell Energy, Inc. has an opening for Test Facility Engineer in Danbury, Connecticut.

 

Job Duties:

  • Develop and maintain custom operational software for fuel cell test facilities.
  • Implement maintenance plan and procedures for test facilities and associated instrumentation.
  • Develop data management and analysis tools.
  • Perform operational tests on subscale fuel cells.
  • Present written and verbal reports to team members.
  • This is a hybrid position; may work from home up to 2 days per week.
  • 5-10% domestic travel required.

 

Qualifications:

  • Must possess at least a bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Chemical Engineering or a related field and at least 2 years of experience as an Engineer or similar role working with high temperature fuel cells and automated, open loop SCADA/HMI development.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Paragon HMI/SCADA software
  • At least 2 years of experience with Aveva HMI
  • At least 2 years of experience with operating high-temperature, bench scale electrochemical systems
  • At least 2 years of experience with R working with large data sets.

 

Salary Range for this position is $75,000 - $80,000
